In iTunes, go to your Library (not
Device), select the movie you want to convert, click on Advanced on the
menu bar, then click on Create iPad or Apple TV version. Then go into
the Device section, select Movies, and check the movie. It will have
the same name as the .mov file, but the file size will be much smaller.
It worked!
